Welcome to Caleb's Creek Elementary School

Caleb's Creek Elementary- Home of the Crocs-is one of two new elementary schools that opened during the 2009-2010 school year. It was built with funds generated from the 2006 School Bond Referendum. The school joins Diggs, Forest Park, Hall-Woodward, Sedge Garden, and Union Cross elementary schools in Zone 1. The school is located on Salem Crossing Road in the southeast area of Forsyth County.
The two-story design of the building allows better utilization of a relatively small site and, like Kimmel Farm Elementary, is one of the first two-story elementary schools to be built in forsyth County in more than thirty years. Caleb Creek Properties, LLC, the subdivision's original developer, donated the site to the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools. Located adjacent to Southeast Middle School, the schools share play fields. Caleb's Creek is the only elementary school in the Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools that serves prekindergarten through sixth-grade students.
Classrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art technology that includes an interactive white board, document camera, classroom response system, sound enhancement equipment and at least three desktop computers in every classroom. This provides learning opportunities for students to be engaged in ways that will serve them well into the future.
